Themed Yoga

In Themed Yoga each class focuses on a specific theme. Some classes will focus on a theme related to specific asanas, such as inversions, backbends or balancing and some classes may focus on a specific philosophical theme or practices based on the chakras. Each class will include meditation, chanting, asana, philosophy, pranayama & deep relaxation. Always a new and inspiring adventure!

  • Satya-Truth: Can you say what you mean? Can you mean what you say . . . every single day?
  • History Repeating: The Wheel of Samsara; the same suffering - Break the cycle!
  • Asana: Many think of asana as just the "physical" part of the practice, perhaps implying that it is of less importance related to our spiritual growth. Find out why the practice of asana is deeply profound, spiritual and re-establish your connection to the earth.
