Dance Fusion

This class fuses many different approaches to movement including a free-form vinyasa practice (vinyasa = postures that flow with breath, movement & intention), ballet, improvised dance, and authentic movement. Working with the breath as your connection to all movement, allow your mind to release the boundaries of sequences, alignment, and choreography, and let your body move you. In Dance Fusion you will move to cultivate a better awareness of your body, and a deeper freedom with it. No previous dance experience required.
