Alignment Enlightenment

When the body, mind & spirit are aligned we are able to come more fully into a place of connection, oneness and wholeness.  The goal of all yoga practices is yoga - union; the realization of the interconnectedness of all beings and things, bliss, oneness, enlightenment.  To assist us with moving closer to yoga, we can begin by aligning our bodies.  Using basic principles of alignment in a variety of yoga asanas (postures), this class is sure to enlighten more body awareness and deeper connections within the practices of yoga.  It is recommended for the beginner yogi, advanced yogi and everyone in between!
