Come join us at the World Peace & Yoga Jubilee for; the amazing teachers, the amazing food, the amazing landscape, the amazing musicians and a chance to share a simply amazing weekend with like minded spirits. We need your light and warm smile.” -Doug Swenson
“There is no way to overstate the magnitude of the collective spiritual transformation that will occur when we shift from food of violent oppression to food of gentleness and compassion.” When I wrote these words for The World Peace Diet, I didn’t realize that they would manifest in the exquisite event I experienced in October 2009 in Grailville, outside Cincinnati: The World Peace Yoga Conference. It will be coming again in 2010 as the World Peace & Yoga Jubilee. The magnificent weekend we spent together in Grailville felt to me like the premonition of a new society—we gathered by the hundreds and co-created a time of compassion and empowerment. It was clear, through the ideas and practices we shared, and the friendships made and revelations we received, that we were planting the seeds of a new world. A new society, where world peace, sustainability, freedom, joy, and abundance are actually possible, is beckoning, and I felt it coming closer to fruition. The energy of goodwill was palpable; we knew we were on an adventure that was bigger than ourselves. The thousands of little moments of kindness, cooperation, and recognition that sparkled throughout our time together have continued to radiate into my life, and I am sure, into the lives of countless people. The World Peace and Yoga Jubilee is an event that is transforming humanity by focusing on the spiritual and physical roots of our dilemmas, and addressing what is highest and most noble in us. I am sure that all who are called to participate will be blessed, and will contribute to the healing of our world. What could be better than this? See you in Grailville in October!
-Dr. Will Tuttle, author, The World Peace Diet
“The World Peace Yoga Conference in 2009 was so much more than just a conference. It was a community of light, sharing, love, respect, and friendship. It was being the change that we want to see in the worrld by creating it. I was so impressed with one of the presenters, Andrew Harvey, that I am going to use his new book The Hope: A Guide to Sacred Activism in my Theology class, "Prophets of Non-Violence." If you can go to only one conference in 2010, this is the one!”
-Patrick Murphy Welage, Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher & Professor of Theology and Philosophy
“The World peace conference of 2009 opened my eyes to so much hunger and thirst to live a cruelty free life, for the betterment of human kind. I had the great honor to present a harm free yoga practice rooted in the limbs of Ahimsa and Santosha. Non-Violence and, Contentment. The Food Mark and all the Culinary masters offered was so nourishing and tasted just like Mother nature intended, fresh healthy and delicious. Being able to sit side by side with some of my mentors was a thrill and and honor. I must say Anna and Mark plus the hundreds of other volunteers and presenters organized a magical awe inspiring weekend this past october in Grailville. I look forward to folding and twisting with more like minds next year. In Deepest Appreciation.”

"The 2009 World Peace Yoga Conference was a beautiful weaving of the vegan lifestyle and the yoga lifestyle. What a powerful community of love and commitment and generosity. Great workshops, amazing food, loving community....what more could you ask for? My only wish would be that this conference would grow even bigger! I cannot wait to return and be inspired every year."
-Rae Sikora
“I had the pleasure to be a part of the behind the scenes work during the planning stages of the conference so I was excited early on for what was coming. However, I’d never been to a yoga conference before and really didn’t know what to expect. Nothing could have prepared me for what I experienced over those 3 days. I took classes from people I’d read about in magazines and books that were the best classes I’d ever taken. I sat in lectures of people I didn’t know prior to the conference and after their lectures became an activist on behalf of all living beings and then was nice about it! The people I met from all over the United States touch my life forever. But the most profound experience was all the incredible energy I felt from being there. Oh…I have haven’t even mentioned the food yet! One word…AMAZING! Thank you Anna, Mark and everyone that made this possible. I’m in for 2010 World Peace and Yoga Jubilee!”
-Katy Stahl
"I am so grateful for having had the amazing experience of being a presenter and participant at the 2009 World Peace Yoga Conference! I will forever draw pleasure at the memory of this experience as one of a love-filled, peace-centered weekend! The healing yoga sessions, the delicious, nourishing food, and the deep sense of community all came together as a balanced, perfect, transformative retreat for the mind, body and spirit! I am so looking forward to this year’s World Peace Yoga & Jubilee! If you are looking for a way to bring peace to yourself and others, you will be there too! Namaste.” ♥
