DeafYoga Asana Class-A Visual Yoga Experience
Presented in ASL, open to all.

This yoga class is perfect for those interested in experiencing a visually yoga class, rather than audible. All too often there are expectations that Deaf community members can and should enter hearing yoga classes and that it is easy to follow along. This yoga class is designed for yoga aspirants and/or teachers that want to step into the reverse experience - participate in an ASL-only, visual yoga class. You will see how simple it is to follow along, as well as gain some insight into how to make simple accommodations for the Deaf community. Open to all and everyone is encouraged to attend, regardless of ASL knowledge.
