AcroYoga FUNdamentals

Intended for those who are new to AcroYoga this session will focus on the fundamentals of learning how to base and fly each other in therapeutic flying poses that will lengthen the spine and release tight shoulders and hamstrings.  The therapeutic flying sequences will also include Thai Massage where students will learn how to give therapeutic assists to each other while in yoga poses creating a sacred space for releasing tightness and stress in the body.  No partner is necessary although you are welcome to come with someone if you like.
