This is a safe and supportive class in which yoga postures are modified to fit the needs of an expectant mother. Yoga is an excellent way to "train" for the marathon of labor and motherhood. Practicing yoga in pregnancy helps to strengthen and stretch muscles, release tension, relax on command and keep a positive outlook while clearing the mind and welcoming motherhood. It is recommended that prenatal students start the class after the first trimester of pregnancy has passed. Beginners are welcome.

This class focuses on nurturing and rehabilitating the mother after pregnancy so that the mother has the energy to nurture the child. You will find balance, strength and peace of mind all while enjoying the bond between you and your baby. This class is designed to provide time for moms revitalize the body and connect with their babies and to rejoice together through the practice of yoga. Sure to be an enriching experience for everyone! Feel free to bring a blanket and toy. Previous yoga experience is required.
Kids yoga & creative movement; an imaginative class with various exercises and yoga postures that encourage balance, coordination, concentration and self-esteem. Each class supports the development potential in each child through the practice and wisdom of yoga. Bring smiles and get ready to meow, purr, howl and stretch like cats and dogs.
The practice of energetic and creative exercises and asanas (postures) to strengthen the body, focus the mind and increase energy. This class is a time to have fun, listen to music and learn new ways to improve your skills in any of the following activities: skateboarding, swimming, volleyball, rock climbing, martial arts, soccer, in-line skating, baseball, snowboarding, skiing, biking and more. Come ready to have fun and explore where yoga can take you.
An active, spirited and lively class where children learn to “play” yoga through movement, breathing games, silly noises and animal imitation. Whether it’s roaring like a lion in lion’s pose, hissing like a snake in cobra pose or learning to balance on one foot standing tall in tree pose, it is sure to be a great time. Parents are strongly encouraged to participate in the class.
Everybody does yoga; a joyful class combining kids, teens and adults. All are welcome to join in the fun of stretching, partner yoga and relaxation.
