Anna Ferguson

Anna Ferguson has been interested in the art of food preparation for many years. During Anna’s childhood she looked forward to the annual family event famously known as “Cookie Bake.” At this event, thousands of cookies and desserts were made – all in one day so they could be shared with loved ones around the holidays. Anna has carried on this tradition by preparing vegan treats with friends and family to share with others around the holidays and for various events.

While attending the University of Cincinnati, Anna became very interested in diet and a healthier lifestyle, which eventually led her to becoming a vegetarian and soon after a yoga teacher, now a vegan yoga teacher focused on spiritual activism. Through the teachings of yoga philosophy, Anna realized how connected the food we eat is related to the environment, health, cruelty to animals and achieving peace on this planet. This awareness inspired her to incorporate vegan food preparation and yoga classes together, cultivating an eating and living experience of peace.

Anna gives many thanks to everyone that has encouraged her, been a guide and friend through her journey to yoga and becoming vegan. This amazing journey led her to the talented Mark Stroud, a marvelous chef that has been an incredible mentor, friend and partner in World Peace.
