Accommodations

• Most of the sleeping accommodations at Grailville are double occupancy; there are only a few single rooms available. Please note that the bathrooms are dormitory style and most of the sleeping accommodations are double occupancy.
• There are limited rooms available at Grailville! Here are hotel accommodations in addition to Grailville:
  • Hilton Garden Inn: 6288 Tri Ridge Blvd. ~ Loveland, OH 513-576-6999 (5.27 miles from Grailville).  Click here to book your hotel room. 

Transportation

Transportation will be provided to Grailville from CVG, Cincinnati-Northerny Kentuck Airport and back to CVG from Grailville.  The cost is $25 each way.  To arrange for transportation, please contact Lori Reidel.

What to bring

• If you are staying at the Grailville facility, please make sure to bring your own bath towel and necessary toiletries (only the basics will be supplied; bed with clean sheets, toilet paper & a place to set your things).
• Your yoga mat. We do not supply mats. There will be eco-mats for sale on-site at the Yoga Boutique, but it is recommended that you come prepared.
• Bring clothing appropriate for being outdoors. The buildings are not connected and to get from class to class you will be walking outside. You may even want to bring a rain jacket or umbrella. Also, bring extra layers of clothing. The location of the conference was not designed to be a yoga studio-some rooms may be too cool and some will be too warm-we have limited control over the temperature, and suggest wearing layers to keep comfortable.
• Yoga props, such as a blanket, block, strap or anything else you might use in your practice. Refer to class descriptions online to see what additional props may be required for each class. Again, most props will be sold on-site in our Yoga Boutique, but we recommended that you come prepared.
• Water or anything liquid to keep yourself hydrated and healthy throughout the Jubilee.
• Your ID. A Photo ID is required to pick up your badge and necessary conference information.
• Do not bring valuables to the conference. The World Peace & Yoga Jubilee is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please note that if you’re staying at the Grailville facility that the individual rooms for housing do not have locks.

• For driving directions: 
• Parking: Yes, there is parking at Grailville on both sides of the facility.
• When you arrive, first stop at the Jubilee registration desk located to pick up your badge and your on-site map and info, which includes complete schedules and locations.
• Registration hours are as follows:
  • Wednesday, 6:00 pm-10:00 pm
  • Thursday, 7:30 am-8:30 pm
  • Friday, 7:30 am-8:30 pm
  • Saturday, 7:30 am-8:30 pm
  • Sunday, 7:30 am-6:00 pm

• At certain times, registration lines will be long! Please plan ahead and arrive early so you can be on time to morning classes. You must bring a photo ID or confirmation letter to Registration to pick up your badge.
• Please be patient when entering your classes. There will be people there to assist you. Be sure to have your badge with you at all times.
• A meal package must be purchased in advance in order to eat at the Jubilee. Please make sure you have registered for a meal plan if you plan to eat at the Jubilee. 
• For Continuing Education Units as recognized by Yoga Alliance, simply keep a copy of classes attended.
• No Refunds are given. No Cancellation policy.
