Come one, come all!  It's time to play, get wild & be free!

This playtime will encompass the practice of both challenging and soothing postures with partner movements that may have you literally flying.  This is an opportunity for us all to contribute our own unique gifts and talents, coming together to create a more peaceful world.  

We are going to let go...and have so much fun doing it!
