This is a monthly study group where we will be exploring the yoga sutras of Patanjali with discussion on the eight limbs of yoga and other aspects of yoga philosophy and how it relates to our lifestyle choices and attaining a state of liberation, peace & bliss through direct action. Each class will include meditation, chanting and discussion based on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
Tea is provided at each meeting and you’re invited to bring a vegan snack to share.
