Community ~ FREEdom Offerings

Seated Meditation

While yoga, dance and tai chi are all forms of meditation with movement, a seated meditation practice is done with very little or no movement with a conscious and still mind. Meditation is best practiced after some sort of asana or movement class so you can sit for longer periods of time. Techniques for meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) will be explained from time to time.
