Please read over our class descriptions as we offer different styles of movements and various arts. If you’re new and not sure, we suggest trying out the different styles of what is offered to see what most fits you. Each class has a different energy level. Some require more physical effort than others, but this does not necessarily mean that you have to be at a certain level. In each class, it is up to you to determine how far you would like to go. Rest when you need to rest and most importantly, listen to your body. With these things taken into consideration, you can take any class. The Gentle Yoga is recommended as a good first class to all those new to yoga.
