The yogic path to peace is ahimsa – non-violence to all living beings; living so fully and presently in love that there is not room for anything else to exist. In this class we will discuss the impact of our food choices and how they relates to the peace and happiness of all life. A vegan diet is a very powerful way a yogi can practice ahimsa. This class is part lecture, part discussion and part food preparation connecting the links between a vegan diet and the yogic way of life. We will prepare delicious food that will staisfy the mind, body and soul.
