Rachel first experienced yoga through practicing at home and watching various yoga DVDs. She was hooked immediately and sought classes anywhere she could find them. Eventually, in 2009 Rachel left her engineering job of 13 years and moved to Cincinnati to get married and start a new chapter in her life. She became pregnant a few months later. During her pregnancy she found World Peace Yoga and began taking prenatal classes. Rachel was inspired by the spiritual and peaceful nature of practicing yoga in a community. She quickly decided that this was something she wanted to incorporate into other aspects of her life.
Rachel went through the 300-hour yoga certification & Prenatal Teacher Training programs offered at World Peace Yoga. She spends most of her time with her newest addition to the family, her daughter Sabrina & son Sam, her husband Brian, his two children, Alex and Maddie, and Toby dog.
